 The MMM School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, established by Sr. Zita Ekeocha in Arusha, Tanzania, in 2022, represents a beacon of hope and   excellence in pharmaceutical education. In just a short span, it has   witnessed growth, expanding its student body from 40 to approximately 120   dedicated learners. This institution offers a rigorous 3-year first degree   program in pharmaceutical sciences, aimed at equipping students with the   knowledge and skills essential for advancing the pharmaceutical field.

Despite its impressive progress, a significant challenge   remains: many students face financial hardships, with school fees amounting   to about USD 1300 annually, a sum that fluctuates with exchange rates. The   reality is stark - without financial support, many aspiring pharmacists might   never have the opportunity to realize their potential.

Investing in the education of even a single student can have a   profound impact, not just on the individual, but on the entire continent. It   goes beyond just aiding a student; it's about enhancing the quality of   healthcare across Africa by ensuring the availability of qualified   professionals capable of guaranteeing and improving the quality of medicines.   The foundation laid by Sr. Zita Ekeocha emphasizes not only academic   excellence but also the critical importance of quality and regulatory aspects   in the field of pharmacy.
